Dr. Jan Taliga
Psychiatrist, MD, Medical Director
Dr. Taliga has practised adult and geriatric psychiatry in Windsor since 2013. He completed his residency at Wayne State University and a fellowship in geriatric psychiatry at the University of Michigan.
Dr. Leonard Binenstock
Medical Director / Addictions Doctor, M.D., CCFP
He completed medical school at McGill University and his family medicine residency at Toronto Western Hospital, followed by additional training in addictions medicine and psychotherapy. He speaks English and French.
Dr. Sam Merrifield
Addictions Doctor, M.D., CCFP
Dr. Merrifield completed medical school at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine and his family medicine residency at the University of Toronto. He has also completed Opioid Dependence Treatment training with the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH).

Kelly Verschuren
Nursing Supervisor
Kelly became a Registered Practical Nurse in 2015 after graduating from Conestoga College. Her experience includes visiting nursing, hospital, ambulatory and psychiatric care, and retirement living. She serves as Nursing Supervisor at Metamorphosis Centre for Change.

Born and raised in Norfolk County, Cheyenna values compassionate care, teamwork and meaningful connections with the people she supports.
Mackenzie Oliver

Mackenzie brings previous emergency department experience to her nursing role. That experience motivated her to support people facing addiction with compassion and care.

Rachel graduated from nursing school in 2020 and has worked in hospital and community family clinic settings. Her approach to patient-centred care emphasizes trust, connection and support.
Kelly McQuiggan

Kelly began her healthcare career as a Personal Support Worker before pursuing nursing. Her experience spans hospitals, long-term care, home care, and addictions and mental health, with a focus on compassionate care and advocacy.
