A stay in Delhi, planned from Oakville

Our program is based at 725 Gibralter St, Delhi, Ontario N4B 3C7, in Norfolk County. This is the treatment location for an inpatient stay; we do not have an Oakville detox facility.

The program provides 24-hour nursing and an on-call physician. Private and semi-private rooms are offered, subject to availability and clinical assessment. Before arranging time away or travel, ask admissions to confirm the assessment process, room options and proposed arrival arrangements.

Pickup and safe travel

Complimentary pickup is available with a paid program, subject to confirmation by our clinical team that the person can travel safely. Our driver cannot transport someone who is severely intoxicated or requires emergency medical care.

Please speak with our nursing team before pickup for individual guidance. For a medical emergency, call 911.

Transportation home is available at an additional cost and is not included in the program fee.

Plan your pickup from Oakville

When you call, say that you are travelling from Oakville and would like to discuss pickup with a paid program. Confirm the pickup address and timing directly with the team, after the admission and safe-travel arrangements have been assessed.

  • Choose the pickup point together. For a house, confirm the address and access. For a condo or apartment, discuss the entrance, buzzer and where you will meet the driver.
  • Agree on a contact. Ask who should be available by phone if arrival arrangements change, and discuss whether a support person will be involved.
  • Prepare for a stay away. Request the approved packing list and instructions for bringing medications. Arrange practical responsibilities at home before the confirmed departure.

If family or a support person is driving

Confirm the Delhi arrival address and time with admissions before setting out from Oakville. Ask about drop-off arrangements and any visiting plans separately, rather than assuming a visit is included with admission.

Check Ontario 511 for highway conditions, construction and closures when planning the journey. Allow for changing road conditions; we do not promise a fixed travel time. A map estimate is not confirmation that someone is medically safe to travel.

Confirm the program price and the ride home

The detox fee includes medical intake, accommodation and meals, nursing care, physician consultations and detox comfort medications. Other medications outside the detox plan are not included.

Ask for the current program price and a separate quote for transportation home to Oakville. Confirm who will arrange that journey, the destination and the additional cost before you commit. Complimentary pickup with a paid program does not include the return journey.
